The application relates to a flexible container (3) made of film material for containing drinks, comprising a fill opening as well as film storage means which delimit a first compartment and a second compartment (17, 18, 19) of the container and which release a second compartment (18, 19) when a predetermined degree of filling of the first compartment (17) is reached. By means of the film storage means, which, for example, can be formed by folding the side strips (20, 21) double in the longitudinal direction and holding them in place with the aid of adhesive tape, adhesive or fusion welding of the film material, uniform filling of the first compartment can be obtained, the flexible container largely remaining out of contact with the walls of the surrounding outer container. When the first compartment (17) has been filled the film storage means are released by the increase in the fill pressure and the second compartment (18, 19) can be filled so that uniform contact of the flexible container with the wall of the outer, rigid container is obtained. Using the flexible container and using the filling method according to the present invention high fill rates can be achieved and stresses are prevented from becoming too high in certain sections of the flexible container.
L'invention concerne un récipient souple (3) constitué de matière pelliculaire et servant à contenir des boissons. Ce récipient comprend une ouverture de remplissage et un dispositif de stockage pelliculaire délimitant un premier compartiment et un second compartiment (17, 18, 19) dudit récipient et libérant le second compartiment (18, 19) lorsqu'un degré de remplissage prédéterminé du premier compartiment (17) est atteint. Grâce au dispositif de stockage pelliculaire, que l'on peut former, par exemple, en pliant longitudinalement des bandes latérales (20, 21) en deux et en les maintenant en place à l'aide d'un ruban adhésif, d'un adhésif ou d'un soudage par fusion de la matière pelliculaire, on peut obtenir un remplissage uniforme du premier compartiment, le récipient flexible n'entrant quasiment pas en contact avec les parois du récipient externe circonvoisin. Lorsque le premier compartiment (17) a été rempli, le dispositif de stockage est libéré grâce à l'augmentation de la pression de remplissage, le second compartiment compartiment (18, 19) pouvant alors être rempli de manière qu'on obtienne un contact uniforme entre le récipient souple et la paroi du récipient rigide externe. Grâce au récipient souple et au procédé de remplissage de la présente invention, on peut obtenir des débits de remplissage élevés et éviter que les tensions exercées sur certaines parties du récipient souple ne deviennent trop élevées.
