L'invention se rapporte à un accouplement flexible (3) entre deux arbres tournants (1a, 1b) comportant un organe flexible (4) lié de façon rigide à chacun des arbres (1a, 1b). Selon l'invention, l'organe flexible comporte des zones de liaison (21a, 21b) reliées par des zones de déformation (22), lesdites zones de déformation (22) étant traversées par des fentes (25) perpendiculaires à l'axe (2) des arbres (1a, 1b), lesdites fentes (25) définissant dans les zones de déformation (22) un empilement de lames (27) solidaires entre elles par continuïté de la matière les constituant.
