ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A flexible dock seal for closing the space between a dock opening in a building and a truck or trailer body has a horizontal upper flexible member and a pair of vertical flexible members positioned one at each end thereof in depending relation thereto. Foldable hinge-like devices are positioned between the building and the flexible members and resilient members are attached thereto for normally holding the foldable hinge-like devices in a first position extending outwardly from said wall and movable to a second position adjacent said wall. This invention is distinguish- able from others by reason of the arrangement of the foldable hinge-like devices and the resilient members which hold the flexible members in yielding engagement with said truck or trailer body. -2-
