ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A flexible flat composite body for external application in the treatment of a body having in its simplest form of construction, an actively needle- bondable fiber layer (2), a counter layer (3) and an intermediate layer (1) of rock particles such as sand, chips and the like. The fiber layer (2) and the counter layer (3) are needle-bonded to each other through the intermediate layer (1). The counter layer (3) may consist of a layer of fibers or a soft, elastic synthetic plastic sheet. It may have bowl like depressions to be willed with rock particles.
