The present invention relates to a flexible furnace and flexible construction method thereof, wherein a furnace is constructed by an outer construction, a flexible lining, and an inner construction. The outer construction is a low temperature rigid construction which utilizes the flexiblelining to isolate the heat generated in the inner construction and is used for supporting the inner construction. The inner construction made of corrugated plates is a high temperature flexible construction which will be designed to be adapted to the flexible lining for reducing the thermal stress, and maintained ahigh uniform temperature for increasing thermal efficiency and metal thermoplasticity. The flexible lining is composed of a flexible material and an expansion regulating means for supporting and temperature maintaining. Therefore, the furnace can be a long horizontal cylinder type to enhance the thermal efficiency and the loading capacity, and can be a complicated construction for automation and continuity required.

La présente invention a trait à un four flexible et à une méthode de construction de celui-ci, dans lequel un four est fabriqué en utilisant une structure extérieure, un revêtement flexible, et une structure intérieure. De ce fait, le four peut être un long cylindre horizontal pour améliorer le rendement thermique et la capacité de chargement, et sa construction peut être complexe compte tenu des exigences relatives à l'automatisation et la continuité.
