A unitary intraocular implant made of a flexible material and provided with a substantially circular optical portion (50) and a haptic portion consisting of two attachment elements (52, 54) that each comprise a contact portion (56) for engaging the inner wall of the eye, as well as connecting means (58). Said contact portions have the shape of an arc of a circle with substantially the same centre as the optical portion. The length of the chord (C) adjacent to each contact portion (56) is substantially the same as the diameter (D) of the optical portion. Each connecting means (58) consists of a continuous web defined by edges (60, 62) having a regular curvature, and the distance between the two points on the web that are located on a common line perpendicular to the axis of symmetry (XX') of the implant in the direction of the attachment elements is smaller than the diameter of the optical portion.
L'invention concerne un implant intraoculaire monobloc réalisé en un matériau souple et comportant une partie optique (50) sensiblement circulaire et une partie haptique constituée de deux éléments de fixation (52, 54), chaque élément de fixation comportant une portion de contact (56) destinée à venir en contact avec la paroi interne de l'oeil et des moyens de raccordement (58), lesdites portions de contact ayant la forme d'un arc-de-cercle ayant sensiblement le même centre que la partie optique. La corde (C) soutendant chaque portion de contact (56) a une longueur sensiblement égale au diamètre (D) de la partie optique. Chaque moyen de raccordement (58) a la forme d'un voile non ajouré, ledit voile étant limité par des bords (60, 62) présentant une courbure régulière, les deux points des bords du voile situés sur une même perpendiculaire à l'axe de symétrie (XX') de l'implant selon la direction des éléments de fixation étant séparés par une distance inférieure au diamètre de la partie optique.
