A flexible multiple port adaptor has an adaptor body (100) which includes a distal portion (110) defining a distal channel (114) and a proximal portion (122) defining a first proximal channel (126) and a second proximal channel (130). At least one of the first and second proximal channels is normally disposed out of alignment with the distal channel (114). However, because the adaptor body (100) is flexible, the adaptor body (100) may be manipulated so that channel(s) (126, 130) which are out of alignment with the distal channel (114) may be placed into alignment with the distal channel (114) so that a medical instrument can be advanced through the channels without bending the medical instrument.
