A flexible route marker post comprising a base, first and second flexible members secured to the base and extending upwardly therefrom and a post mounted intermediate of the first and second flexible members, the post having a lower end thereof secured to the first and second flexible members, the post having reflective material thereon, the post also having an upper cap and a lower cap formed of a reinforcing material.
