Apparatus for recovering logging tools and the like from a wellbore as part of a drilling operation such as for oil wells, irrigation systems and the like. The apparatus comprises the use of a flexible connector member (44) in the form of a flexible wire rope, or strand, or cable which is provided with socket members (46, 48 or 146, 148) attached with rain (54) or by being swaged or crimped to the flexible member (44). The apparatus takes the place of the conventional rigid sinker bar assembly that causes safety concerns when used with a top drive housing.

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de récupérer les instruments de diagraphie des puits et autres à l'intérieur d'un forage, dans le cadre des opérations de forage (par exemple, puits de pétrole, systèmes d'irrigation et autres). Le dispositif comprend un connecteur flexible (44) sous forme de fil, de corde, de toron ou de câble flexible comportant des culots (46, 48 ou 146, 148) fixés avec de la résine (54) ou bien emboutis ou sertis sur le connecteur flexible (44). Le dispositif se substitue à un ensemble barre de surcharge rigide classique, qui est préoccupant pour la sécurité lorsqu'il est utilisé avec un carter d'entraînement supérieur.
