A tooth including a flexible element (3) attachable to a crossbar (2) on a ploughing apparatus, and an operative element attached to one end of an arm (5). Said flexible element (3) consists of a number of flexible strips (6a-6b) curved into the shape of an "e" and connected both on the apparatus attachement side, by two threaded yokes (12) passing around the apparatus crossbar (2) and co-operating with an L-shaped plate (8) to hold the curved end (7) of the flexible strips (6a-6b) against the lower front corner of said crossbar (2), and on the tool arm side, by a U-shaped cap (15) with flanges (17) for transversally locking the free end of the strips (6a, 6b) and a web comprising a longitudinal recess for receiving the tool arm (5a), by a clamping plate (16) inserted between the two flanges (17) of the cap (15), by locking studs (21) engaging holes in the strips (6a, 6b), and by attachment bolts (19).
Cette dent est du type comprenant un élément flexible (3) se fixant sur une traverse (2) de l'appareil aratoire et un élément actif fixé à l'extrémité d'un bras (5). Selon l'invention, l'élément flexible (3) est composé de plusieurs lames flexibles (6a-6b), cintrées en forme de "e" et liées, d'une part, du côté de la fixation sur l'appareil, par deux étriers filetés (12) entourant la traverse (2) de l'appareil et coopérant avec une platine (8) en forme de "L" pour plaquer l'extrémité recourbée (7) des lames flexibles (6a-6b) contre l'angle inférieur avant de ladite traverse (2), et, d'autre part, du côté du bras de l'outil, par un chapeau en "U" (15), dont les ailes (17) calent transversalement l'extrémité libre des lames (6a, 6b) et dont l'âme comporte un logement longitudinal de réception du bras (5a), de l'outil, par une plaquette de serrage (16) s'insérant entre les deux ailes (17) du chapeau (15), par des tenons (21) de calage s'engageant dans des perforations des lames (6a, 6b), et par des boulons de fixation (19).
