The invention concerns a touch-sensitive matrix cathode ray tube (10) for inputting and displaying data comprising a plurality of carbon nanotubes (14, 16, 18, 20) defining a plurality of pixels and a plurality of inputting elements. The invention is characterised in that it consists of a dot matrix of (26) each dot comprising a pixel and an inputting element, each pixel made up of at least one end of three mutually parallel nanotubes and each transmitting in one of the three primary colours (14, 16, 18), the input element being constituted of the end of at least a fourth nanotube (20).

L'invention concerne un écran matriciel tactile (10) pour la saisie et l'affichage en couleurs de données comprenant une pluralité de nanotubes de carbone (14, 16, 18, 20) déterminant une pluralité d'éléments d'image et une pluralité d'éléments de saisie. Selon l'invention, il est constitué par une matrice de points (26) comprenant chacun un élément d'image et un élément de saisie, chaque élément d'image étant constitué par une extrémité d'au moins trois nanatubes parallèles entre eux et émettant chacun dans l'une des trois couleurs fondamentales (14, 16, 18), l'élément de saisie étant constitué par l'extrémité d'au moins un quatrième nanotube (20).
