A container (11) for institutional detergents, preferably tablets(12), includes a rigid large screened base (15) and a flexible plastic film sidewall (17) heat bonded to the peripheral surface ofthe base. The container (11) is filled, preferably from its top portion, with tableted detergent (12) and closed with a single heat seal (19) along the top surface of the wall of the container (11). The screen surface (15) is then closed with a removable, peel- off seal or removable cap. The upper portion (20) of the container (11) will include a handle (22) which makes it easy to transport the container (11) and place it into a dispenser (13) for use.In use, a water nozzle will spray upwards onto the surface of thescreen base through the holes in the screen, dissolving detergentand allowing the solution to pass downwardly to a drain (53), which directs it to a ware washing apparatus.
Le conteneur décrit (11) de détergents industriels, de préférence en comprimés (12), comprend une grande base rigide à crible (15) et une paroi latérale (17) en un film plastique souple thermosoudé à la surface périphérique de la base. On remplit le conteneur (11), de préférence par le haut, de détergent en comprimés (12) et on le ferme par une seule thermosoudure (19) le long de la surface supérieure de la paroi du conteneur (11). On ferme ensuite la surface de criblage (15) avec un film détachable ou un capuchon amovible. La partie supérieure (20) du conteneur (11) comprend une poignée (22) qui permet de transporter plus facilement le conteneur (11) et de le placer dans un distributeur (13) au moment de l'utilisation. Pendant son utilisation, un injecteur d'eau injecte un jet d'eau vers le haut sur la surface de la base de criblage et à travers les orifices du crible, de façon à dissoudre le détergent et à laisser la solution s'écouler vers une canalisation (53) qui la conduit jusqu'à un lave-vaisselle.
