An accessory for a standard toilet {known as Flipper} that will enable the user to raise the seat uses his foot. The invention has a unique system that allows user to simply release foot pedal and the seat will slowly lower, using an air pressured shock to counter react the wait of the seat coming down. It will also allow user to use a small foot action as opposed to the required bend now needed to raise a seat.
