The invention relates to a mixer for mixing mixing material at high temperatures of for example 300 °C to 600 °C, as well as to a method for operating the mixer. It is an object of the invention to provide a mixer that can comprise a plurality of feeding members which are capable of following the movements of the mixer even at high temperatures. For achieving the object, the mixer comprises such installation means that an area of the mixing container is or can be fixed relative to the ground surface, said area can be provided on both sides with feeding members. Because a horizontal mixer can be fixed only at one front face in the case of a mixer according to the prior art, feeding members can only be connected with the mixing container from a side adjacent to the end wall. If, however, a horizontal mixer is configured such that one area, which is located between two front faces of a mixing container, is or can be fixed relative to the ground surface, then feeding members can be connected with the mixing container on both sides of this area. During operation, the mixer is heated to temperatures of at least 300 °C.
L'invention concerne un mélangeur destiné à mélanger des matériaux à haute température, par exemple de 300°C à 600°C, ainsi qu'un procédé de fonctionnement du mélangeur. Un objet de l'invention est de proposer un mélangeur qui peut comprendre plusieurs éléments d'alimentation capables de suivre les mouvements du mélangeur même à haute température. À cette fin, le mélangeur comprend des moyens d'installation conçus de manière qu'une partie du récipient de mélange est fixe ou peut être fixe par rapport à la surface du sol, ladite partie pouvant être dotée d'éléments d'alimentation sur ses deux côtés. Comme un mélangeur horizontal de la technique antérieure ne peut être fixe qu'à une de ses faces d'extrémité, ses éléments d'alimentation ne peuvent être reliés au récipient de mélange que sur un côté adjacent à la paroi d'extrémité. Cependant, si l'on configure un mélangeur horizontal de telle sorte qu'une partie située entre les deux faces d'extrémité d'un conteneur de mélange soit fixe ou puisse être rendue fixe relativement à la surface du sol, les éléments d'alimentation peuvent être reliés au récipient de mélange des deux côtés de cette partie. En fonctionnement, le mélangeur est chauffé à une température d'au moins 300°C.
