At least three sets of rotatable discs are arranged along the sides of the apparatus and comprise a plurality of spaced apart, generally parallal, vertically oriented discs having gene- rally colinear centers. The discs of each set are mounted on a common drive shaft. A motor is connected directly to each drive shaft. A stationary wiper assembly associated with each set of discs includes a plurality of wiper blades for wiping each side of the discs. There is a centrally located oil container and conduits for conveying oil to the oil storage container.
