A sink-and-float purifying body which has an efficiently used photocatalyst functional layer, allows decomposed materials to be easily removed and whose photocatalyst function is maintained even during power failure end even while the light is off. A sink-and-float purifying body (1) is a small body of a low specific gravity having a layer (14) which has a photocatalyst function and made of a photosemiconductor is formed on the surface of a base (12). The surface of the base (12) is provided with windows (15) which do not have a photocatalyst functional layer (14) in such a manner that the ultraviolet rays can be applied easily from the outsie to a luminous type ultraviolet ray radiating material mixed in the base (12). A purification tank (3) has a circulating unit (4), by which a fluid and the sink-and-float purifying body (5) are circulated.
Corps d'épuration par milieu dense muni d'une couche à fonction photocatalytique, qui permet d'extraire facilement des matières décomposées et dont la fonction photocatalytique est maintenue même pendant les pannes de courant et lorsque la lumière est éteinte. Le corps d'épuration par milieu dense (1) est un corps de petite taille ayant une densité relative réduite, recourvert d'une couche (14) à fonction photocatalytique, et dont la base comporte un photo-semiconducteur (12). La surface de la base (12) est équipée de fenêtres (15) sans couche photocatalytique (14). Des rayons ultraviolets peuvent ainsi être appliqués aisément de l'extérieur sur une matière lumineuse à rayonnement de type ultraviolet mélangé à la base (12). Un réservoir d'épuration (3) est équipé d'une unité de circulation (4), permettant de faire circuler un fluide et le corps d'épuration par milieu dense (5).
