The cost of flooding in Canada and around the world is being reported to be increasing and will increase over the next several years. It is to the point where insurance companies are considering not providing flood insurance. I have a concept of a flood-container which will be easily stored in the home or office and will require minimum skill and time to assemble. While I have not yet assessed the cost per unit I believe it will be relatively inexpensive.
