ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides in a floor conveyor for conveying an automobile body including a stand for mounting the body thereon, support legs for supporting the stand at front and rear portions thereof above a working floor surface, rollers on front and rear portions of the support legs, and front and rear carriers having the support legs at respective central portions and adapted to move on a track disposed just under the working floor surface, the improvement in which a rail spacing of said track is greater than a range of sideward fluctuation of a posi- tion where the center of gravity of the body on said stand lies, and said support legs are mounted on each center of said carriers by hinges having a length substantially the same as said rail spacing, being permitted to be forwardly and rearwardly inclined, vertical shaft guide rollers at front and rear portions of central parts of said carriers, opposite guide plates on an upper surface of each of said rails having square recesses of said rollers, and a guide channel between said guide plates and having a width less than said rail spacing, said vertical shaft guide rollers being guided by said guide channel.
