A floor drain system 10 having a grating frame 34 for accommodating a drain grating 12, an equalizing pipe 38 on which the grating frame 34 is held and which is disposed height-adjustably on a further component of the floor drain system 10 in order to equalize a floor covering thickness, and an odor trap 18, the equalizing pipe 38 and/or the grating frame 34 being designed such that the odor trap 18 can be fixed onto the latter.
