ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A floor seat comprising two rigid sheet members to form back and seat members respectively. The back member is pivotally attached to the seat member at a position intermediate the ends thereof so that the seat member comprises a seat portion extending forwardly of the pivot between the two members. A portion extending rearwardly of said pivot and the seat member has an uninterrupted surface which, in use, lies in contact with the ground. Retaining means are connected between the seat member and the back member to hold the back member in a fixed position with respect to the seat member.
