A flotation device for separating materials or mixtures of materials from suspensions, providing improved flocculation and processing values, comprising a reaction and mixing space (18) with an eccentric inlet (16) for the mixture of suspension particles with gas bubbles and for further transport into at least one centrally arranged vertical suspension distributor tube (26), wherein the suspension distribution tube (26) and the clarified fluid collecting tube (48) are arranged adjacently, the plates (30) surround the suspension distribution tube (26) and the clarified fluid collecting tube (48) in an annular manner; and every second annular plate space (31) between adjacent plates (30) is connected to the suspension distribution tube (26) and every other space (31) between plates is connected to the clarified fluid collecting tube (48), so that the flow takes place out of one space (31) between plates from the inside towards the outside to the separating space (32), and subsequently into an adjacent space (31) between plates from the outside towards the inside.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de flottation permettant de séparer des matières ou mélanges de matières de suspensions. Ce dispositif comprend un compartiment de réaction et de mélange (18) doté d'une arrivée d'alimentation excentrique (16) destinée au mélange de particules en suspension et de bulles de gaz et permettant leur transfert à au moins un tuyau distributeur de suspension (26) vertical. Le tuyau distributeur de suspension (26) et le tuyau collecteur de fluide clair (48) sont juxtaposés. Les lamelles (30) entourent de façon annulaire le tube distributeur de suspension (26) et le tube collecteur de fluide clair (48). Un interstice annulaire (31) sur deux entre des lamelles adjacentes (30) est relié au tuyau distributeur de suspension (26) et tout autre interstice inter-lamelles (31) est relié au tuyau collecteur de fluide clair (48) de telle façon que l'écoulement s'effectue à partir d'un interstice inter-lamelles (31) de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur jusqu'au compartiment de séparation (32) puis dans un interstice (31) adjacent de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur. L'association de la disposition des lamelles et d'un compartiment de réaction et de mélange à chargement excentrique permet d'améliorer la floculation et donc de meilleures valeurs de processus du filtrat. La séparation selon le principe de doubles lamelles permet d'obtenir de meilleures valeurs de séparation.
