Abstract of the Disclosure A flow control assembly for use with coiled tubing in an earth well. The assembly includes a tubular housing connecting said coiled tubing to equipment for operating in the well. An operating fluid is passed from above ground through the coiled tubing and into the bore of the housing. At least one passage extends through the housing and communicates the bore with said well, and a valve cooperates with said passage for controlling the flow of fluid between the housing and the well. The assembly can accommodate an elongated member, such as an electrical cable, or the like.
