MIXING DEVICE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This device mixes solid-liquids with a fluid while convey- ing them. A plurality of fixed elements extend in a series longitudinally within a hollow conduit. Each element divides the conduit into two separate channels. The elements are con- structed so that material flowing through one of the channels moves at a different rate of speed when compared to particles flowing through the other channel.
