A sock that enhances circulation in the lower legs and feet. The present invention allows for movement of the foot and ankle such that the muscles of the lower legs and feet are exercised. In particular the present invention places a ball on the sole of the sock, which is capable of being placed on the foot, and then used as a stimulus to the wearer to flex the muscles of the lower legs and feet. The sock may be designed such that the promoted movement of the foot and ankle gradually stimulate the circulation of fluids, blood for example, to the lower legs and feet.
