A cement pumpability-enhancing additive which confers good pumpability on cementitious compositions such as concrete consists essentially of (a) polyethylene glycol; (b) diethylene glycol monobutyl ether and/or a derivative thereof; (c) polysaccharide; and (d) a thickening polymer selected from the group consisting of polyacrylic acid derivatives, polyacrylic amide derivatives, cellulose ethers, polyphenyl ethers and polyalkylene glycol fatty acid esters; the weight solids proportions of (a), (b), (c), and (d) in the additive being respectively 5-55 %, 10-80 %, 1-20 % and 1-20 %. The additive is preferably used with a cement dispersing agent.

Cette invention concerne un additif capable de renforcer la pompabilité du ciment et conférant une bonne pompabilité à des compositions de ciment comme le béton. Ledit additif est composé a) d'un polyéthylèneglycol; b) d'un éther de diéthylèneglycol et de monobutyl et/ou un dérivé dudit produit; c) d'un polysaccharide; et d) d'un polymère épaississant sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par des dérivés d'acide polyacrylique, des dérivés d'amide polyacrylique, des éthers de cellulose, des éthers de polyphénylène et des esters d'acide gras de polyalkylèneglycol; les dosages pondéraux des matières sèches de a), b), c) et d) dans l'additif étant respectivement de 5 à 55%, 10 à 80%, 1 à 20% et 1 à 20%. L'additif est utilisé, de préférence, avec un agent de dispersion de ciment.
