The invention provides a pair of co-rotating fluid powered wheel and generator pairs each rotating about a single vertical axis. Each wheel/generator is mounted on a respective axle one of which is solid and the other tubular. Separation of fluid flow into 2 streams engages the wheels for rotation in opposite directions. Folding paddles collapse and extend to engage the moving fluid.

L'invention concerne un couple roue / génératrice à co-rotation entraîné par un fluide, chacun élément tournant autour d'un axe vertical unique. Chaque roue / génératrice est montée sur un essieu correspondant dont un est solide et l'autre tubulaire. La séparation du fluide en deux flux met en rotation les roues dans des directions opposées. Des aubes pliantes se replient ou se déplient de façon à entrer en contact avec le fluide en mouvement.
