L'invention porte sur un cylindre actionné par un fluide et sur son procédé de fabrication. Ce cylindre comprend un e tête (3) à laquelle est couplé un tube de raccordement (6). Le procédé consiste à effectuer le raccordement par compression des deux éléments (3, 6) le long de leur axe ; déformer l'extrémité (16) du tube en utilisant, comme matrice pour la déformation du tube, un anneau spécifique (1) qui est adapté sur la tête (3) et est coaxial à celle-ci.
