A fluid catalytic cracking process for producing propylene, butylene, and exceptionally high levels of ethylene. The feedstock is relatively low in nitrogen and aromatics and high in hydrogen content. The catalyst contains a mixture of zeolite-Y and ZSM-5. The feedstock can, be characterized as having less than about 1500 wppm nitrogen and greater than about 12 wt.% hydrogen.
