A fluid container(6) for use with an electrohydrodynamic spray device(1) and method of using the device(1) are provided. The container(6) comprises at least one reservoir configured for holding a sprayable liquid, at least one interface(23) in fluid communication with the reservoir, at least one manifold (22) comprising at least one fluid path in fluid communication with the interface(23), and at least one nozzle(8). The nozzle(8) comprises at least one spray site in fluid communication with the fluid path. The device(1) is configured to engage the container(6). The container(6) can be configured such that when the container(6) is engaged with the device(1), the device(1) recognizes the sprayable liquid within the container(6) and automatically (or manually) adjusts certain pre-defined settings in accordance with the characteristics of the sprayable liquid.
La présente invention concerne un récipient à liquide (6) destiné à être utilisé avec un dispositif de pulvérisation électrodynamique (1) et un procédé pour se servir du dispositif (1). Le récipient (6) comprend au moins un réservoir conçu pour contenir un liquide pulvérisable, au moins une interface (23) en communication fluidique avec le réservoir, au moins un collecteur (22) comprenant au moins une trajectoire de liquide en communication fluidique avec l'interface (23), et au moins une buse (8). La buse (8) comprend au moins un site de pulvérisation en communication fluidique avec la trajectoire de liquide. Le dispositif (1) est conçu pour venir en prise avec le récipient (6). Le récipient (6) peut être conçu de sorte que, lorsque le récipient (6) est couplé au dispositif (1), le dispositif (1) reconnaît le liquide pulvérisable à l'intérieur du récipient (6) et règle automatiquement (ou manuellement) certains paramètres prédéfinis en fonction des propriétés du liquide pulvérisable.
