Title of the Invention Deflecting A Fluid Deflecting Apparatus Abstract of the Disclosure This invention relates to a fluid deflecting apparatus using a cross-flow fan wherein wide flow deflection around the fan with compact structure is achieved by turning a control vane having a substantially arc figured cross- section, located inside of the fan and formed to restrict the low pressure vortex of the fan. Furthermore by using the principle stated above, flow direction can be changed in a reversible way between two regions which are separated by partitions located outside of the fan.
