A dispensing brush (10) for dispensing a predetermined fluid on a head of hair. The dispensing brush (10) includes a reservoir (30) located within the brush head (14) for retention of the predetermined fluid. The reservoir (30) is in fluid communication with openings (24) located on the top surface (20) of the brush (10). The openings (24) are centrally aligned on the top surface (20) of the brush (10), and are located among the bristles of the brush (10).
