An arrangement for dosing fluids, in par- ticular liquid fluids such as beverages, has a flowmeter arranged in the fluid dosing duct, in particular an impeller flowmeter, an on-off, preferably electric valve arranged in the dosing duct, for example downstream of the flowmeter, for releasing or cutting the flow of fluid, and an evaluation circuit that transmits a switching off signal (closing signal) to the on-off valve when a predetermined amount of fluid has pased through the flowmeter. In order to improve the dosing accuracy, a sensor is associated to the flowmeter for sensing the speed of flow given for example by the frequency of rotation of the impeller and for supplying to the evaluation curcuit a prefer- ably electric sensor signal that corresponds to the speed of flow. The evaluation circuit supplies a preferably electric switching off signal to the on-off valve when the sensor signal falls below a predetermined lower value or exceeds a predetermined upper value. Also disclosed is a beverage dispensing system provided with such a dosing.
Un dispositif de dosage de fluides, notamment des milieux liquides, tels que des boissons, comprend un débitmètre monté dans le conduit de fluide à doser, notamment un débitmètre à moulinet, une soupape de commande de préférence électrique montée dans le conduit de dosage, par exemple en aval du débitmètre, pour laisser passer ou couper le débit de fluide, et un circuit d'évaluation qui transmet un signal d'arrêt (signal de fermeture) à la soupape de commande lorsqu'une quantité prédéterminée de fluide s'est écoulée à travers le débitmètre. Afin d'augmenter la précision du dosage, un capteur est associé au débitmètre. Le capteur détecte la vitesse d'écoulement du fluide, qui est par exemple donnée par la fréquence de rotation du moulinet, et transmet au circuit d'évaluation un signal de préférence électrique correspondant à la vitesse d'écoulement du fluide. Le circuit d'évaluation transmet à la soupape de commande un signal d'arrêt de préférence électrique lorsque le signal du capteur tombe au-dessous d'une valeur limite inférieure prédéterminée ou dépasse une valeur limite supérieure prédéterminée. L'invention concerne également une installation de distribution de boissons équipée d'un tel dispositif de dosage.
