A fluid filter comprises a filter casing having an inlet end at which a fluid to be filtered is introducible, an outlet end and a filtration channel, a plurality of fibres extending longitudinally inside the channel, the fibres being expandable in a direction perpendicular to their length in response to an increase in pressure to create a pinch area between the fibres and an inner surface of the filtration channel.

L'invention concerne un filtre pour fluide comprenant un boîtier de filtre possédant une extrémité d'entrée par laquelle le fluide à filtrer peut être introduit, une extrémité de sortie et une conduite de filtration, une pluralité de fibres s'étendant longitudinalement à l'intérieur de la conduite, les fibres étant expansibles selon une direction perpendiculaire à leur longueur en réponse à une augmentation de pression pour créer une zone de pincement entre les fibres et une surface interne de la conduite de filtration.
