A fluid filter, wherein a check spring (15) is fixed crimpingly to an element holding plate (14) of the fluid filter, a material with a large elastic limit can be selected freely for the check spring (15) because the check spring (15) is fixed crimpingly to the element holding plate (14) and, even when a dimension between the upper end of an element (12) and the top part of a filter case (11) varies at the time of assembly, the check spring (15) is prevented from being broken down and plastically deformed, whereby a high dimensional accuracy in vertical direction of each part constituting the fluid filter is not required at the time of assembly and an easy-to-assemble fluid filter can be obtained.

Dans le filtre à fluide faisant l'objet de cette invention, un ressort de retenue (15) est fixé par sertissage à une plaque porte-élément (14) du filtre à fluide. Ainsi, un matériau ayant une limite élastique élevée peut être librement choisi pour le ressort de retenue (15), dès lors que celui-ci est fixé par sertissage à la plaque porte-élément (14) et, même lorsque la dimension entre l'extrémité supérieure d'un élément (12) et la partie supérieure d'une enveloppe (11) du filtre varie au moment de l'assemblage, on empêche toute rupture et toute déformation plastique du ressort de retenue (15), de telle sorte qu'une grande précision de dimension dans la direction verticale de chaque partie constituant le filtre à fluide n'est pas requise au moment de l'assemblage et un filtre à fluide facile à assembler peut alors être obtenu.
