The disclosure herein describes a fluid flowrate controller which is adapted to divide fluid supplied at an inlet into a predetermined number of equal and substantially constant flowrates of fluid at an outlet. The controller includes an inlet manifold assembly having an air exhaust controlling mechanism, a flow gates assembly dividing the flow of fluid into a predetermined number of flowrates, and an outlet manifold assembly including separate sections for each of the flow gates. Each separate section includes a fluid outlet port and an air intake aperture to regulate the flow of fluid through the corresponding outlet port.
