ABSTRACT Fluid Pressure and Valve A fluid pressure system 70, 80, 90 incorporating a piston and cylinder actuator 70 which is initially moved from right to left and is reversed at the left hand end of its stroke by a switching valve 80 upon receiving a signal through a passage 5 from a sensing valve 90 which becomes hydraulically balanced during a no-flow condition of the system and is displaceable to a switch initiating state during that condition by a small force originating from a light spring 11, or the actuator 70 or from the operation of another valve 29 in the system. A spool 13 is allowed to become pressure balanced at 0 flow and a light spring 11 displaces it left to send the signal.
