Abstract of the Disclosure: A fluid turbine of good reliability in which moving blades, providing fluid paths of a fixed width, are ar- ranged on the downstream side of nozzles in a fluid accel- erating zone, the length (S) of the fluid paths being set to be more than twice the pitch of the nozzles (Pn) lest the wakes to be formed behind the rear edges of the nozzles have adverse effects upon the moving blades.
