A fluidized bed reactor (1), which can also be called constant flow velocity reactor, contains a fluidizing chamber comprising a conical casing (3) which houses an insert (2) of conical shape. By this design, an annular space (4) is created between the casing (3) and the insert (2), which functions as fluidizing chamber and produces a gas flow velocity, which either remains constant or decreases or increases, depending on the geometry of the two components. The reactor can be used for stabilizing the gas flow passing through the fluidizing chamber of the reactor, optimizing gas/solid distribution, improving agglomerate discharge to optimize the processes in the reactor.

Réacteur de lit fluidisé (1), pouvant également être appelé réacteur à vitesse d'écoulement constante, contenant une chambre de fluidification comprenant un caisson conique (3) qui loge une insertion (2) de forme conique. Par cette conception, un espace annulaire (4) est créé entre le caisson (3) et l'insertion (2), qui fonctionne comme une chambre de fluidification et produit une vitesse d'écoulement de gaz qui soit reste constante, soit diminue, soit augmente, selon la géométrie des deux composants. Le réacteur peut être utilisé pour stabiliser l~écoulement de gaz traversant la chambre de fluidification du réacteur, optimiser la distribution gaz/solide et améliorer la décharge d'agglomérat pour optimiser les processus dans le réacteur.
