A fluorescence polarization method for analyzing an object contained in samples. This method involves: (a) the step of providing a fluorescence- labeled protein comprising a protein binding specifically to the object and a fluorochrome covalently bonded thereto; (b) the step of bonding the fluorescence-labeled protein to the object; and (c) the step of measuring a change in the extent of fluorescence polarization of the fluorescence-labeled protein having the object bonded thereto.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de polarisation de fluorescence servant à l'analyse d'un objet présent dans un échantillon comprenant les étapes suivantes: (a) obtention d'une protéine marquée par fluorescence c.-à-d. d'une protéine se fixant spécifiquement à l'objet et du fluorochrome lié par covalence à ladite protéine; (b) fixation sur l'objet de ladite protéine marquée par fluorescence; (c) mesure des variations de l'importance de la polarisation de la fluorescence de la protéine marquée par fluorescence à laquelle est fixé l'objet.
