A multi-modality fluorescence reference plate comprising wells coated with a fluorogenic compound is described, together with a method of producing such plates. The plates have utility for calibrating fluorescent plate readers and imaging systems for measuring steady-state fluorescence, time-resolved fluorescence, fluorescence lifetime and/or fluorescence polarisation.

L'invention concerne une plaque de référence à fluorescence multimodale comprenant des cupules revêtues d'un composé fluorogénique, ainsi qu'un procédé de production de ces plaques. Lesdites plaques s'avèrent utiles pour l'étalonnage de lecteurs de plaques à fluorescence et de systèmes d'imagerie afin de mesurer la fluorescence en régime permanent, la fluorescence à résolution temporelle, la durée de vie de fluorescence et/ou la polarisation de fluorescence.
