The present invention relates a fluorescent multiplex PCR assay for detecting the presence of a nucleic acid sequence of an HPV type in a sample using multiple fluorophores to simultaneously detect a plurality of HPV genes of the same HPV type, wherein the HPV type is selected from the group consisting of: HPV31, HPV45, HPV52, and HPV58. The present invention also relates to oligonucleotide primers and probes specific to said HPV types for use in the methods of the present invention.

La présente invention concerne un dosage de PCR multiplex par fluorescence destiné à détecter la présence d'une séquence d'acides nucléiques de type HPV dans un échantillon utilisant de multiples fluorophores de façon à simultanément détecter une pluralité de gènes de HPV de ce même type de HPV, ce type de HPV étant sélectionné dans le groupe constitué de: HPV31, HPV45, HPV52, et de HPV58. Cette invention concerne aussi des amorces oligonucléotidiques et des sondes spécifiques de ces types de HPV destinées à être utilisées dans ces techniques.
