A hardenable copolymer containing the byproduct of copolymerization of a fluorinated monomer and allylic derivative. The byproduct of the fluorinated monomer come from the association of tetrafluoroethylene and vinylidene fluoride. The allylic derivative is of the formula: (see Fig. I) wherein R represents a saturated linear or branched alkyl or cycle, with 2 to 12 C atoms; R1, R2, R3, R4, identical or different, being selected from among H, CH3, CH2-CH3, Oh and CH2OH; n is 0 or 1; and p is a value from 0 to 3. This hardenable copolymer is obtained by solution copolymerization in an organic solvent. It can be used in powder coatings, such as for example those applied by electrostatic spraying.
Un copolymère durcissable contenant les restes de copolymérisation d'un monomère fluoré et d'un dérivé allylique. Les restes de monomère fluoré proviennent de l'association de tétrafluoroéthylène et de fluorure de vinylidène. Le dérivé allylique est de formule: (voir fig. I) R représentant une chaîne alkyle linéaire, ramifiée, ou cyclique, ne comportant pas d'insaturation et possédant de 2 à 12 atomes de carbone; R1, R2, R3, R4 identiques ou différents étant choisis parmi H, CH3, CH2-CH3, Oh et CH2OH; n est 0 ou 1; et p est une valeur de 0 à 3. Ce copolymère durcissable est obtenu par copolymérisation en solution dans un solvant organique. Il est utilisable dans les revêtements à partir de poudre, comme par exemple ceux appliqués par projection électrostatique.
