A composition having repellency to low surface tension fluids comprising a material prepared by forming a mixture of a polymer selected from the group consisting of polyolefin, polyamide, polyester, polyacrylate, and blends and copolymers thereof, and a fluorochemical compound comprising a fluorocarbon/hydrocarbon ester of the formulae: Rf-O-C(O)-R1 or Rf-C(O)-O-R1 wherein Rf is selected from the group consisting of: 1) F(CF2)x-(CH2)m wherein x is from about 4 to about 20 and m is from about 0 to about 6; and 2) F(CF2)x- SO2N(R2)-R3 where x is a positive integer from about 4 to about 20, R2 is an alkyl radical of from about 1 to about 4 carbon atoms, R3 is an alkylene radical of from about 1 to about 12 carbon atoms; and R1 is an aliphatic hydrocarbon having from about 12 to about 76 carbon atoms; and provided that said fluorochemical compound is other than perfluoroalkylethyl stearate; and melt extruding the mixture.
La présente invention concerne une composition répulsive des fluides de faible tension superficielle, constituée d'une matière obtenue par mélange d'un polymère appartenant au groupe des polyoléfine, polyamide, polyester, polyacrylate, leurs mélanges et leurs copolymères avec un composé fluoré comprenant un ester de fluorocarbone/hydrocarbure représenté par les formules R¿f?-O-C(O)-R¿1? ou R¿f?-C(O)-O-R¿1?. Dans ces formules, R¿f? appartient au groupe des: 1) F(CF¿2?)¿x?-(CH¿2?)¿m? dans lequel x vaut entre environ 4 et environ 20, et m vaut entre environ 0 et environ 6 et des 2) F(CF¿2?)¿x?-SO¿2?N(R¿2?)-R¿3? dans lequel x est en entier positif valant entre environ 4 et environ 20, R¿2? est un radical alkyle portant entre environ 1 et environ 4 atomes de carbone, R¿3? est un radical alkylène portant entre environ 1 et environ 12 atomes de carbone, R¿1? est un hydrocarbure aliphatique portant entre environ 1 et environ 76 atomes de carbone; le composé fluoré ne doit pas être un stéarate de perfluoroalkyléthyle. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'extrusion par fusion du mélange.
