A process for the preparation of an N,N-disubstituted-2-fluoro-1,3-ketoamide having the formula RCO.CFR'CONR2" comprises treating an N,N-disubstituted-1,3- ketoamide having the formula RCO.CHR'CONR2" with elemental fluorine. The groups R, R' and R" are indenpendently selected from alkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, cycloalkyl, and substituted cycloalkyl. The group R' may also be nitro or chlorine.
On décrit un procédé de préparation d'une N,N-disubstituée-2-fluoro-1,3-céto-amide possédant la formule RCO.CFR'CONR¿2?", ce procédé consistant à traiter une N,N-disubstituée-1,3-céto-amide possédant la formule RCO.CHR'CONR¿2?" avec du fluor élémentaire. Les groupes R, R' et R" sont choisis indépendamment parmi alkyle, aryle, aryle substitué, cycloalkyle, et cycloalkyle substitué. Le groupe R' peut aussi représenter nitro ou chlore.
