The invention relates to a process for preparation of a compound of formula (I): R1 is selected from C1-6alkyl, C2-6alkenyl, and C2-6alkynyl ; which comprises: (i) reaction with fluoride, suitably [18F]fluoride, of a corresponding compound of formula (II): wherein R2 is selected from hydrogen, C1-10alkyl, C1-10haloalkyl, C6-14aryl,C6-14arylalkyl, -(CH2CH2O)q-CH3wherein q is an integer of from 1 to 10; R1 is as defined for the compound of formula (I); and R3 is a leaving group. Certain novel precursors of formula (II) and radiopharmaceutical kits containing such precursors are also claimed.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un composé répondant à la formule (I) : R1 étant choisi parmi un groupe alkyle en C1 à C6, un groupe alcényle en C2 à C6 et un groupe alcynyle en C2 à C6 ; lequel comprend : (i) la réaction avec un fluorure, un [18F]fluorure approprié, d'un composé correspondant répondant à la formule (II) : dans laquelle R2 est choisi parmi un atome d~hydrogène, un groupe alkyle en C1 à C10, un groupe halogénoalkyle en C1 à C10, un groupe aryle en C6 à C14, un groupe arylalkyle en C6 à C14, -(CH2CH2O)q-CH3 où q est un nombre entier de 1 à 10 ; R1 est tel que défini pour le composé répondant à la formule (I) ; et R3 représente un groupe partant. La présente invention revendique également un certain nombre de nouveaux précurseurs répondant à la formule (II) et des kits radiopharmaceutiques contenant de tels précurseurs.
