ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Aqueous fluorocarbon polymer coating compositions which contain mica particles or mica particles coated with a pigment such as titanium dioxide are provided. These compositions are useful for coating substrates, especially metallic cookware and bakeware to give a non-stick finish of improved post oil adhesion.
