X represents a hydrolyzable group; and b is an integer from 0 to 2, and F represents amino, polyamino, glycidoxy, mercapto, cyano, allyl, vinyl, urethano, halo, isocyanato, ureido, imidazolinyl, acrylato or methacrylato.
