A polymer having at least one urea linkage prepared by: (i) reacting (a) at least one diisocyanate, polyisocyanate, or mixture thereof, having isocyanate groups, and (b) at least one fluorinated compound selected from the formula (I): Rf(CH2CF2)p(CH2CH2)q(R1)r-XH wherein p and q are each independently an integer of 1 to 3; r is 0 or 1; X is -O-, -NH- or -S-; R1 is a divalent radical selected from the group consisting of -S(CH2)n-, formula (II), formula (III) and formula (IV); n is an integer of 2 to 4; s is an integer of 1 to 50; R2, R3, and R4 are each independently hydrogen or an alkyl group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms; and Rf is a linear or branched chain perfluoroalkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; and (i) reacting with (c) water, a linking agent, or a mixture thereof and methods for treating substrates to obtain surface effects is disclosed.

L'invention concerne un polymère comprenant au moins une liaison urée, préparé par : (i) réaction de (a) au moins un diisocyanate, polyisocyanate ou un de leurs mélanges, comprenant des groupements isocyanate et (b) au moins un composé fluoré choisi parmi la formule (I) : Rf(CH2CF2)p(CH2CH2)q(R1)r-XH, dans laquelle p et q représentent chacun indépendamment un entier de 1 à 3 ; r représente 0 ou 1 ; X représente -O-, -NH- ou -S- ; R1 représente un radical bivalent choisi dans le groupe constitué de -S(CH2)n- ; n représente un entier de 2 à 4 ; s représente un entier de 1 à 50 ; R2, R3 et R4 représentent indépendamment l'hydrogène ou un groupement alkyle contenant de 1 à 6 atomes de carbone ; et Rf représente un groupement perfluoroalkyle linéaire ou ramifié ayant de 1 à 6 atomes de carbone ; et (i) réaction avec (c) de l'eau, un agent de liaison ou un de leurs mélanges, ainsi que des procédés de traitement de substrats pour obtenir des effets de surface.
