The present invention provides a fluoropolymer dispersion comprising fluoropolymer particles having an average particle size of 10 to 400nm dispersed in water whereby the dispersion is free of fluorinated surfactant having a molecular weight of less than 1000g/mol or contains the fluorinated surfactant having a molecular weight of less than 1000g/mol in an amount of not more than 0.025% by weight based on the total weight of solids in the dispersion. The dispersion further comprises a non-ionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant selected from fluorinated anionic surfactants having a molecular weight of at least 1000g/mol, non-fluorinated anionic surfactants and mixtures thereof.
La présente invention concerne une dispersion de fluoropolymère comprenant des particules de fluoropolymère qui présentent une taille particulaire moyenne allant de 10 à 400 nm, dispersées dans de l'eau. Ladite dispersion est exempte d'agent tensioactif fluoré présentant un poids moléculaire inférieur à 1000 g/mol ou contient un tel agent tensioactif fluoré présentant un poids moléculaire inférieur à 1000 g/mol dans une quantité inférieure ou égale à 0,025 % en poids, sur la base du poids total de matières solides dans la dispersion. La dispersion selon cette invention comprend également un agent tensioactif non ionique et un agent tensioactif anionique, choisi parmi des agents tensioactifs anioniques fluorés présentant un poids moléculaire d'au moins 1000 g/mol, des agents tensioactifs anioniques non fluorés et des mélanges de ceux-ci.
