The present invention provides for a composition and a process for forming the composition. The composition comprises an organic polymer and 0.5-40 % by weight of the composition of a siloxane, the organic polymer having a fluorinated backbone and 3-20 mol-% of pendant groups represented by the formula (I): -Op-[CF(Rf1)CF-Om]n-CF2CF2SO3X; wherein Rf is F or a perfluoroalkyl radical having 1-10 carbon atoms either unsubstituted or substituted by one or more ether oxygen atoms, m=0 or 1, n=0 to 3, p=0 or 1, and X is H or an alkali metal; the siloxane comprising two or more groups which need not be the same represented by the formula (II): -OaSi(OH)b-aR13- bR2Rf2SO3; wherein a=1; 1 to b, b=1 to 3, R1 is a non-hydrolyzable group independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl and aralkyl, X is is an alkali metal or hydrogen, R2 is a bidentate alkylene radical either unsubstituted or substituted by at least one ether oxygen atom with the proviso that R2 has at least two carbon atoms linearly disposed between Si and Rf2, and Rf2 is a perfluoroalkylene ether radical either unsubstituted or substituted by at least one ether oxygen atom.
L'invention concerne une composition et un procédé permettant de former ladite composition. La composition comprend un polymère organique et 0,5 à 40 % en poids de la composition d'un siloxane, le polymère organique présentant un squelette fluoré et 3 à 20 mol % de groupes latéraux de formule (I), où R¿f? représente F ou un radical perfluoroalkyle présentant 1 à 10 atomes de carbone, soit non substitués ou substitués par un ou plusieurs atomes d'oxygène éther, m = 0 ou 1, n = 0 à 3, p = 0 ou 1, et X représente H ou un métal alcalin ; le siloxane comprend deux ou plusieurs groupes dont la formule n'est pas nécessairement représentée par la formule (II), où a = 1 à b, b = 1 à 3, R?1¿ représente un groupe non hydrolysable indépendamment sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant alkyle, cycloalkyle, aryle et aralkyle, X représente un métal alcalin ou hydrogène, R?2¿ est un radical alkylène bidenté, soit non substitué ou substitué par au moins un atome d'oxygène éther, à la condition que R?2¿ comporte au moins deux atomes de carbone disposés de manière linéaire entre Si et R¿f??2¿, et R¿f??2¿ représente un radical d'éther perfluoroalkylène, soit non substitué ou substitué par au moins un atome d'oxygène éther.
